Introduction	I was born in 1986 and raised on South Padre Island, Texas. I graduated with the class of 2007 with a major in Economics and Business at Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Since graduation, I immediately obtained an appraisal trainee's license. In October 2007, I worked for American Realty and obtained my license. Currently, I'm the youngest active commercial appraiser in the State of Texas.
