Introduction	I am a former middle and high school science teacher and a current microbiology grad student! My interests include bacteria, science fiction, funny cat memes, and traveling. I share my life with an wonderfully brilliant engineer to whom I am married, a tortie cat named Padme and a fire bellied toad named Mr. Bombastic.
Interests	Many and varied: good books, good food, travel, socializing, writing, history (especially Holocaust history), reading, acting, science, science and more science.
Favorite movies	I love too many movies to name, from virtually all genres--classics, musicals, action, thriller, romcom, even some horror... you name it, I'll almost definately watch it. Having said that, horror is my least favorite genre.
Favorite music	Again, too ecletic to name. My favorite era is the 60s, but I'll listen to just about anything.
Favorite books	I LOVE TO READ and couldn't possibly pick a favorite book--but here are some I read every year: the ENTIRE Anne of Green Gables series, To Kill a Mockingbird, Redeeming Love, and the Bible. I also like Walk Two Moons by Sharon Creech and I Never Promised You a Rose Garden, and STIFF by Mary Roach.
