Introduction	My husband (a chef) and I were training for Ironman Cozumel together until I had to drop out due to injury. Now, instead of him coming up with healthy recipes, I am forced to take on some of the cooking duties while he trains 20 hours per week. I have no idea what I am doing! But it will be fun to see what happens!
