| Introduction | My first "babysitter" was a box of crayons...drawing kept me occupied for hours! (some things never change!) When I was in the 1st grade we flew to Hawaii~ I sold my pictures in flight. In the 3d grade I had a painting hang in the St.Louis Art Museum. At 16 I combined my passion for Art with my name; "Tish" ..."ARTish" -great license plate! My degree is in Fine Art. Though I specialized in commercial art. I was a District Artist for Best Buy. I am married to an incredibly creative and talented man, we have 3 children; "the girlies" our package deal, are 10, and we have a 7 year old boy. The facets of creativity I am involved in seem to multiply daily...in addition to creating/teaching original paper pieced layouts and selling kits, I create unique piecings for eBay (ARTish71), and i illustrate digital and red rubber stamp images for The Pixie Cottage and Paper Pretties. I have been published and honored in many contests. I embrace thinking outside of the box! When I'm not exercising, eating salad, or dancing… chances are you'll find me in my S.E.I. inspired studio, an iced espresso within arms reach, creating All things Artishtic. |

| Favorite books | I LOVE audio books! I usually have at least 2, sometimes 3 different stories going. Good brain exercise! |
