| Introduction | My past involves mostly food and wine. I've been a chef, a baker, and a pizza maker. When I finally got burned out on the hours of those various restaurant jobs, I turned to wine and am happy I did. I've worked in wine for specialty wine stores, grocery stores, big distributors, small distributors, and start-up distributors. I started my wine consuming career with wine coolers and white zinfandel and am thrilled to have moved beyond both of those whines. When I grow-up I'd like to have my own wine store in the uber-cool town in which I live.
