Introduction	I am an ex-academic (Southeast European History) who sometimes experiences the phantom pain of this severed limb. It's just that hard & painful to leave. I'm a spiritual investigator who has to do so because otherwise I struggle desperately with the abyss. I have parents whose struggles with Buddhism and spirituality inspired my life. I am a friend of Bill W.'s and ever so grateful to have "met" him. I am an astrologer and lactation consultant in training embarking on a new era in my life (sometimes filled with fear that I have made all the wrong choices). I am the wife of a Taurus (enough said!) who would "rather be playing music" but is studying to become a special education teacher. I am the mother of a beautiful little Scorpio girl named Eve who has my heart in her hands. I am the owner of a very challenging, anxious, diaper eating dog named Tipper who has had to take a backseat to her new "sister" and is struggling with the demotion. I am myself. Sometimes that is utterly wonderful and sometimes it feels like a curse but at the end of the day I am grateful to be the person God made me to be.
