| Introduction | I am able to live the "Natural Lifestyle" I desire on a budget and hope to help you do it too! I run co-ops and find bargains to make this happen. I was surprised when I recently moved to the Monterey Bay area and found a shortage of information on where to buy food and products at a reasonable price. Other than Trader Joes's (which I love don't, get me wrong), Whole Foods (aka Whole Paycheck) and farmers markets, the choices were very limited.
