| Introduction | Art has always been a big part of my life. I have been drawing for as long as I can remember. I used to love to staple paper together to create little books and illustrate stories like Cinderella. It was my escape from a not so happy childhood to happy lands where girls ruled and wore beautiful dresses and the Princess was the hero. My name is Margie Forestier and I am an artist, youth care worker for at-risk youth, mother of two beautiful children, and always looking for a way to make this world a better place. Giving back: Every purchase helps to support causes that help at risk children and to keep this website running. My hope is that my inspirational art work invokes motivation within you to overcome those obstacles that try to stop you from venturing out onto your own path towards your own dreams by capturing images that show perseverance, hope and dreams through my whimsical characters.
