Introduction	I am Rachael, the main contributor to our family blog and a RN, BSN who has a heart for missions and loves to reach people through the gift of medicine. Right now, I am loving my work with a pediatric home health company and an amazing hospice facility. I am planning on, one day, pursing a Masters Degree in Health Education. I love the Lord and I desire more than anything to have Him mold my heart, serve Him, and bring glory to His name. I am blessed with an amazing husband, Ashton, and we enjoyed a beautiful wedding in May 2010. We are so excited to have welcomed our first child, a daughter who we named Ellasyn Victoria, in April 2011. Ashton has a degree in Theology & Philosophy. Law Enforcement and/or Law School are also in his plans for the next few years. We would love to serve out in West Texas someday and are waiting to see if the Lord may open doors for us regarding that vision. The Lord has given us an incredible group of friends and family who I love with all my heart. They are solid, genuine, kind people, and they challenge and bless me. I love books, singing, laughing, traveling, good conversations and cuddling with our dogs, Houston and Goodnight.
