Introduction	I've been vegetarian since the age of 12, and went vegan about 6 years ago. One can't be an activist in one area and not in other areas. We are all connected to each other and all earthlings. What we do here in our backyard has a direct impact on people in China and animals in India. I feel strongly that we can reverse those impacts by being more compassionate to our bodies and spirit, Mother Earth and the environment, humans and animals...
Interests	Causes I'm involved with are: Global Warming, Environmental Issues, Human Rights, Animal Welfare. I feel that you can't be in one, without being a part of all of these.
Favorite movies	I love a good zombie flick! Watching documentaries help me question and learn. Some of my favorites: Dirt, Addicted to Plastic: The Rise and Demise of a Modern Marvel, Yes Men Fix the World, etc.
