| Favorite music | Music is really one of the greatest pleasures this life has to offer. Hard to pick a favorite. I appreciate music in almost all of it’s forms. As long as it’s authentic and has some feeling behind it, I can find something to like about it. I love the magic that can come out of an electric guitar; Hendrix, SRV, Santana, and Clapton are up there for me. I think Bob Marley was a genius. For new(ish) stuff I like Audioslave, Smashing Pumpkins, John Mayer, Matisyahu, Silversun Pickups, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sublime, and lots of others. I don’t think you can go wrong with some good soul and R & B either. Tupac was a lyrical hero of mine for a long time. I like Russell Watson, Sade, Lucinda Williams, Chris Rea, The Grateful Dead, The Beatles, Rage Against The Machine, Buddy Guy, BB King, Black Sabbath, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, UGK, Michael Jackson; ok I’ll stop now. You get my drift. |
