Introduction | I'm a 57-yo Aussie divorced dad of three handsome sons; enjoy a great sense of absurd humour ie. The Goons & Python! I have mild MS. I love listening to and playing music as well, especially British '60's stuff like The Beatles. I have now released a music CD album as well. I enjoy listening - to the sounds around me (taking a moment to stop and 'listen' to the roses?!?). I play bass, guitar, drums & keyboards. I'm involved presenting live-to-air & online radio programs. An 'INFJ' [and a deeply-flawed human being], I also love to read a good novel, biography, or Robert Lowell's poetry. I started writing my autobiography for my sons. One day I'll finally get to visit Hydra, Greece! So, why "Gherkin"? Simple - it was the nickname of my lilttle boat! |
