About me

Location	Mequon, Wisconsin
Introduction	My husband and I have co-founded two pharmaceutical companies. Working side by side with my husband has been the best education anyone could have. Some would call it “learning by fire”. I call it well worth the aggravation. My favorite place is on the patio in my garden. It is there that I reflect on the events of the day before and plan for the next day. I enjoy watching the antics of the critters who reminded me of people I have known and worked with. I began relating the comings and goings in the garden to situations at work. For some reason if you take the individual and excuses and blame out of the situation it is easier to see what is really going on. I am currently the Chief Administrative Officer for ENDECE, LLC a Drug Discovery and Development Company – the second company Dr. Yarger and I co-founded. We share a commitment to our vision and have learned to manage our relationship. To me, that is successful organization.
