| Introduction | My life together with my first wife Carol was full of interest and variety. We started our lives together in 1960 and immediately went to Papua New Guinea where we lived for eleven and half years. Those years were full of challenges and reward as we made a contribution ( albeit a rather small one) towards the development of that great country. We have six children, including two sets of twins!! By 2013 they in turn have blessed us with 21 grandchildren ranging from 35 years down to 11 years. We are now collecting great grandchildren! We returned to Tasmania in 1972 where I enjoyed a career in my own business in partnership with two brothers. Became the CEO of the Royal Guide Dogs for the Blind and subsequently was the Publisher and Marketing Director for the Bible Society in Australia. I retired in 2002 and settled together with Carol in Lauderdale, a home near the beach. On 2 March 2007, my wonderful mate of 47 years passed into the presence of her Lord & my Lord. My life now continues with another wonderful lady in Jan. We were married 13/3/2010 |
