| Introduction | I am the definition of a layperson. I went to public school all of my life, including university. I have worked and continue to work in corporate America. I have never taken a Bible class, studied an ancient language, or even had a pastoral mentor. God has been incredibly gracious in revealing scripture to me and giving me a mind to comprehend and compile the logic and argument of a text quickly as well as the inquisitiveness to hunt down an answer until it is found. Combined with skills in writing, speaking and public performance, I have been placed in teaching and leading positions and roles in the church I attend as I continue to learn more and more of what God has written in his word and revealed in his Son. |

| Favorite music | Acapella, epic rock, post hard core, pop rock, worship music |
| Favorite books | I need to read more. On the list for this year is AW Tozer. Otherwise, I feed my escapism with Star Wars, Tom Clancy and Jason Bourne. |
