| Introduction | Mr. PHOK Ratha was born in 1989, in a village called Teok Krahorm, Kandaol commune, Teok Chhou district, Kampot province, Cambodia. From 1996 to 2002, he participated and obtained the primary school education. He then obtained his secondary school level in 2005. He directly continued his study in high school from 2005 to 2008 and got certification of general knowledge diploma in 2008. Then from 2008 until 2013, he spent his student life at Institute of Technology of Cambodia (Cambodia), where he graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor Degree in Water Resource and Rural Infrastructure Engineering. He is a holder of Master of Engineering in Environmental Geological Engineering at University of Gadjah Mada (Indonesia) in 2015. After his one-year working as researcher and team leader in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), he pursued his doctoral study and obtained his PhD degree in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering in April 2020. |
