| Introduction | I was born and raised in Lantana, Florida (near West Palm Beach). I met my husband when I was 15 years old. We were in high school band together. He played the trumpet and I was in colorguard. We started dating my sophomore year (his senior year) and we've been together every since. We spent about a year and a half apart before I joined him at the University of Florida - go Gators! We moved in together during our last year in Gainesville. In 2002, we moved to Hartford, CT for Ryan to attend the University of Hartford to get his Masters Degree in Music. We didn't plan to stay more than two years, but the beauty of New England sucked us in and we bought a house. Ryan is currently pursuing his Doctor of Musical Arts and I am working for an interactive design firm as the Traffic Manager - the perfect job me! |
