Introduction	24 years old. Currently a real stress head due to trying to plan my wedding.. ITS HORRIBLE! Im definitely not "that" girl that finds it all sparkles & joy! ha Other than that, Im a laid back girl that just likes to have fun & enjoys being with my girlfriends & having a good laugh. Im wanting to improve myself as a person & I know the first step is my health. Im scared for the 12WBT program, but definitely determine to put 110% effort into it! I want this programme to work, Im going to make it work!
