| Introduction | Neon Fringe is a dynamic new independent theatre company based in Dublin. The company is committed to producing exhilarating original plays as well as innovative interpretations of existing classics. Neon Fringe seeks to explore the evolving theatrical landscape in Ireland by developing productions which are socially and technologically relevant. The company embraces multi-media as a tool to be used in presenting theatre in an ever-increasingly hi-tech society. The company hopes to explore the subversion of conventional dramatic structure using a variety of approaches. Neon Fringe aspires to bridge the gap between social realism and the absurd, challenging audiences and daring to be unique. Neon Fringe was founded in 2010 by Sorcha Ni Chleirigh, Chris Lynch, Sinead Foran and Andrew Deering. |
