| Introduction | My first experiences with running occurred when I was in the third grade. Jogging the 2 mile loop in my country neighborhood in Franklin Township, and competing in Booster Club Track Meets at the old high school grounds in Lehighton PA. Some twenty plus years later, a part of me still feels like a kid every time I'm fortunate to lace up a pair of sneakers, head out the door, and go for a run. Its more than a sport, its a way of life. |
