| Introduction | Hello there my name is Laura, I'm a sewer, crafter and nature lover. I love to recycle trash into new and useful or pretty things. I have also been dealing with depression and anxiety for many years now and have made 2 blogs. One to share my projects and another to share my experience with depression and anxiety and hopefully at the least make myself feel better and at the most show people they are not alone (which for me has really helped) and hopefully share some practical advice. So anyway that's me and my blogs so I hope you enjoy/are able to take something away.
