| Introduction | Hi!I’m Mira. I like to cook, eat, travel and draw.I’m a very bubbly girl from the cold but beautiful country of the thousand lakes of Finland. I used to cook as a profession, but now its just my passion in life…I mean who doesn't like good food? You have to eat anyways, right? Ever since I was a child I’ve loved good food. I was brought up in a family where we always enjoyed home cooked meals together. Especially my father was a gourmand and taught me to try everything new. We travelled a lot and therefore I have never been shy to new flavours. In restaurants I would always order seafood platters unlike other kids. My mother sometimes reminds me of a funny incident where I would almost have had a tantrum in the grocery store because she didn’t buy me Frog legs…yes that’s right :) Haha! most kids cry for candy, but not me. I’m quite adventurous when it comes to food….I love trying all the new odd flavours you find in street food whilst traveling. I now travel for a living and on the side I finally have time to cook a lot at home and be the customer in restaurants. I even have time to draw and now finally do this…sharing my food experiences with you! I hope you enjoy! |
