Introduction	My journey through life, like so many,has not been an easy one.There were times when my challenges and heartache overwhelmed me and crushed my spirit. My path from a difficult childhood,to becoming a single teenage mother of three,living through abusive relationships, coping with depression and anxiety,took it's toll on my health.Through the worst times,I practiced positive thinking and opened my heart to the calling from within.I supported myself through hairdressing school, attended relationship classes,completed massage therapy school,and studied everything that could possibly help me feel better and change my course. Finally,I realized that the food I was eating was poisoning me;the stress in my life was severely impacting my health,and I had lost myself in all of this.Through a changed,cleansing diet I found the energy and power to take control of my life and begin the healing process.I practice energy healing and am skilled in reiki & massage.I also offer one on one counseling, meditation,relationship counseling,group classes, supplement recommendations and monthly seminars.My passion is guiding and motivating people.
