Introduction	Two things I love: language and beer. Pretty fitting then that I'll be spending the next 9 months teaching English in Cologne (Köln), Germany, where the local dialect, Kölsch, also happens to be the name of the local brew, leading to the quip that "Kölsch is the only language you can drink." I'll be updating here on my adventures drinking and speaking my way through this experience.
