| Introduction | I'm a very happy person whose happiness often comes from cooking a good meal (and eating it, of course!). I grew up helping my Italian mom and grandmother in the kitchen. My father owns an Italian restaurant as well, so I think I know a thing or two about food. My approach to food is using mainly organic, natural ingredients and I love ALL foods. Although I've been brought up enjoying/cooking Italian food, I love trying new foods and try to experiment with ethnic/vegetarian/vegan food regularly. |
