| Introduction | I started 33 years ago when I trained as a Beauty Therapist - a dream since the age of 11. After joining the Elizabeth Arden Salon in Bond Street, looking after celebrities and royalty, I then became their trainer for all the salons over Europe. I later moved to New York to look after 13 salons, train new therapists and develop new treatments.
