| Introduction | Cooking has been a big escape for me for a long time. Especially now as a stay-at-home mom with 2 girls. Our oldest daughter has autism and SPD and cooking has been very important way for me to maintain my own sanity and in a way forces me to take time every day to do something I enjoy. (My hubby doesn't seem to mind either!) I think there is no hour more important than the dinner hour. To sit down at the table with those we love the most, and share a meal. I think that families can be closer if we take time to sit together and bond over a meal, (all the better if we cook together too!)
