Introduction	After graduating from XLRI, I have worked for more than 2 decades in the corporate sector and the education sector in a mix of organisations which included the public sectors, small enterprises and MNCs. I have been involved in various roles as Personnel officer, trainer, profit centre head etc. I have had full time positions in companies like CMC, John Brown Engineering India, and Mafoi Management Consultants etc. Some of my consultancy assignments have been with companies like Madura Coats, Mportal and Unilever . I am now a strategic advisor to Ad Astra Consult,an arm of the well established company Ad Astra Consultants. I am also an EC member of the NHRD Bangalore chapter mainly looking after online communications.
