| Introduction | Artist, teacher and juror, Francesco Fontana is a Signature Member of the American Watercolor Society. He started in Paris, and founded his own Atelier in Milan, Italy. He teaches all over the world and his art is in collections in Europe, USA and Asia. He has exhibited in New York's Salmagundi Club with American Watercolor Society, juried the 2016 Conference of the Watercolor Society of Oregon, he is also faculty at Plein Air Convention. His newly released DVD Watercolor the Italian Way, Alla Seconda -- explains his creative approach to watercolor and plein air. Awards and Affiliations include AWS, NWS, IWS. Event invitations include Lighthouse Plein Air Festival, Door County Plein Air Festival, Sedona Plein Air Festival, MISA, Watercolor Society of Oregon.
