Then we need to use the advances in Psychiatry, to weed out individuals who are ill suited for power positions and such. That is people with the major personality disorders. The narcissist, the psychopath, and the sociopath. It is not personal.They do not possess the qualities required for the position. They can also be quite destructive & dangerous with power. |
