| Introduction | A 2013 Nuffield Farming Scholar who's study topic is about increasing the UK wheat yield. I was runner up in the Farmers Weekly 'Farm Manager of the Year' competition in 2010. I manage a 4,000 acre farm growing wheat, oilseed rape, barley and beans. We also have potatoes and salad onions. We have a sheep flock and sell lamb all over the place. We are members of LEAF, (Linking Environment and Farming) to promote British farming and to tell people about what we do as responsible land managers. Come along to one of our Farm Open Days and see for yourself how it all happens! We were awarded the LEAF Marque in July 2007 for our lamb and in 2012 for our Oilseed Rape. |
