Introduction	I'm a 30-something girl in Los Angeles with old-fashioned ideas about love and relationships- not an easy feat. I first began my blog in 2010 because of a text message blow-off from a guy that was begging to be deciphered. A 2 1/2 year break and one graduate degree later, I found myself still single, in a new city, with new challenges, and with new men still sending passive aggressive break up texts! Now, another long break later, I find myself happily married - after (what some might call) successfully navigating the rough seas called "LA dating." I find it cathartic to write about my funny, annoying, and sometimes heartbreaking experiences. This blog will always be a reflection of my journey. Based on my real-life experiences. All names have been changed to protect the innocent, guilty and everyone in-between.
