| Introduction | For my 24th birthday I got my first biopsy. After being diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the tongue and undergoing surgery (partial glossectomy and right neck dissection) in Oct. 2008, I spent my honeymoon in the hospital. The margins and lymphnodes showed no signs of cancer, I was in remission, and I thought it was all over. Fast forward to Oct. 2009 and here we go again... |
