Introduction	I'm a 26 year old mother to an awesome 6 year old little boy, named Bailey and birth mother to an amazing 1 year old little boy, named Liam. I have begun my journey to healthier living through The Primal Blueprint/Paleo Diet and Intermittent Fasting better known as IF. I am also an artist, I enjoy arts and crafts.
