| Introduction | I've been vegetarian for 23 years, and vegan off and on during that period. I am vegan now, and a mother of 3 boys, so I get even more scrutiny for my vegan lifestyle choice. I definitely have a big group of supporters too, don't get me wrong, but I like to show people that vegan foods is not boring, and it is 100% possible to thrive on a plant based diet. I've also found it hard to find any dietitians that have experience dealing with the vegan lifestyle, so I have been on a journey of fact finding and recipe building for sometime now! I hope that I can help other moms who are in the same situation as me! My goal is to share yummy recipes, both created by me, and found elsewhere (books, websites, other blogs), and also try to share my experiences of bringing up a vegan family. I want to make it easier for people to maintain a vegan diet for themselves, and their families. |
