Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Nobody sported a scarf like Tom Baker as Dr. Who #4. Since then, no one, not even myself, can compare. So, I just go naked. Besides, no one wears a scarf in California, unless they're covering vampire bite scars.
