| Introduction | I am a Southern girl, stumbling my way towards a healthy, whole foods plant-based diet. While I have been vegetarian for 15 years, making the switch to totally plant-strong is a new effort over the past few months. I hope to make it my permanent lifestyle...I know I can do it!
