Introduction	Hello. My name is Angela and I have been a "gunna" person for too long in relation to fitness and nutrition. I am a registered perioperative nurse with a professional goal of becoming a nurse educator. I am bit of a veteran to IBO but have not successfully completed a 12 week challenge to date. With a different mindset and determination I believe this is it! I am excitied about seeing what my body can do and the metamorphis ahead.
