| Introduction | Manjushri Biju is a fundamental family builder and a home tutor. She is a knowledge donor with great enthusiasm for kids. She is amazed with the amount of energy kids have. She believes if their energy is channelised in a correct way then every kid can become an example. Initially, she had completed a medical transcription course and has experience in this field for two years. She came into teaching because of her fondness for kids. She thinks that the way teachers respond to their students’ ideas, views and suggestions during lessons can influence the students’ subsequent effort and inclination in coming up with new ideas, views and suggestions. She is very creative and has keen interest in art and crafts. |
