| Introduction | I retired as President and CEO from a global plastics equipment manufacturing company at age 55. In 2003 I started Caldeira Group LLC. The group consists of a real estate company Caldeira Group LLC / Carolina One,an interior design company “Interiors by Karen Caldeira LLC” and a business consulting company “Caldeira Group LLC”. For the past 30 years I’ve held executive positions as President/CEO, Vice President of Marketing, and Vice President of Operations for leading companies in the plastics industry. In 1988 I received an Executive MBA from the University of Rhode Island focused in global business and marketing.
