Introduction	I am a hill-billy turned mountain man. My heart is always in the mountains and I play there often. I run, ski, climb, travel, hike, and write. I am also a guitarist influened by Hendrix, SRV, Ed Van Halen, Zakk Wylde, and Jonny Lang. An eclectic mix, I know. I'm pretty laid back and I believe in Karma so be kind to everyone. I feel the most important aspect of a person is displayed by the way they treat other people. i'm starting this blog because i want to document the things that are going down. It's really just a way for me to keep track of myself, which, if you know me, is quite the task. I'm a recovering addict and alcoholic who runs to stay sober. I have to run and climb and ski. It is what keeps me sane. so follow along if you like, it will be interesting at times.
