Introduction	It didn't take long to find out that being a creative person was in her blood. At the age of 5, when visiting her art teacher grandmother she was greeted with a card table filled with new craft supplies. There she would spend the entire weekend creating. On the rare occasion of being sent to her room she would quietly rearrange and organize her entire space. Later, her mother questioned her clothing choices when mixing striped pants and polka dotted shirts. Today, Amie is still mixing her patterns and colors on a much larger scale. She is currently a design consultant to the local newspaper, has a line of decorative hardware sold at True Value Hardware and is working on her own line of decorative home accessories. Her work can been seen in fine homes, restaurants, and businesses. Her work has been featured on HGTV and in several national magazines. Her line of home accessories has sold in stores nationwide including Nordstroms. She shares her home with her golf course superintendent husband and her 10 year old fashionista daughter. Her spare time is spent rummaging flea markets, watching live music, playing paddle tennis and cooking with her big italian family.
