Illustrations. The chance to make anything with my hands gives me great pleasure. That includes writing. Born in Zambia to a Mosotho (South African) father and Black American mother. Grew up primarily in Lesotho until the age of 12. High schooled in Austin, Texas; colleged at Howard University in Washington, DC; returned to Texas in '96. I am an intensely curious person, meaning, I am curious about just about everything. Love to cook (bake artisan breads especially), read, garden, meet new people and share good information with the people in my life. Love to socialize.
