Introduction	Clayton is a freelance life coach who specialises his practice with business managers to achieve a higher level of performance in their personal and professional lives. He graduated cum laude from the University of Malta with a bachelor's degree in Social Work and has a Masters Degree in Creativity & Innovation. He is currently on the path towards becoming a certified coach with the Coach Training Alliance. Clayton works full time in the field of Management Information Systems for EU Funds and an executive committee member of the Maltese Association of Social Workers. In the past Clayton has been actively involved with various NGOs as well as participated in a number of cultural initiatives. During his free time, Clayton loves to read about self-development, graphic designing and taking long walks along the countryside.
