| Introduction | I am a PhD student in theology studying with Alan Torrance at the University of St. Andrews. My thesis is on Thomas F. Torrance and the philosophy of science. Before that, I was the associate pastor at Grace United Methodist Church in Spencer, Iowa and the pastor of the United Methodist Church in Hudson, Iowa. I care deeply about the Christian faith and am committed to communicating it effectively by preaching and teaching wherever, whenever and however possible.
