| Introduction | I am a professionally trained chef, whose passion is to help children grow up eating fresh foods and learning healthy eating habits. I work as a chef of an early childhood development center and create meals for infants through five years of age. Through my work at the center, I have discovered the need to help parents learn how they can give their children the ability to establish healthy eating habits at home and for the rest of their lives! I want to see this generation of kids grow in to healthy, and informed adults. With the help of all parents, we can do it! |
