| Introduction | KARISSA: Small town Idaho girl (Shelley, ID – where her high school mascot was a “Runnin’ Russet” – yes folks, a potato!) who lived in Las Vegas from 1998 (she moved to Vegas right after she graduated from high school and never looked back…) to November 2009. During her years in Vegas she graduated from UNLV and worked in the Public Relations Field. In 2006 she also met and married the man of her dreams (who, as it turns out, really is as perfect as she dreamt he would be). She is happily married and madly in love with Calvin – still (which explains why she finds herself running to him when he walks through the door after a long day at work…) Karissa now lives in Apple Valley, California because her husband is a fancy schmancy executive with Bank of America and he accepted a new position in Southern California. After spending years in “The City of Entertainment” (Vegas) she has made it her personal goal to explore “Southern Cali” and embrace the madness that is California. She LOVES it! In between all of her weekend adventures close to home (with Calvin of course) Karissa happily travels the world with her husband (the man who still makes her laugh every single day...). |
