Introduction	I am a new student at UCA Rochester, studying contemporary photography. After leaving my A levels, I went onto a year 0 at UCA in Film and Photography. After passing my year 0 I went onto an apprenticeship with a charity called The Beat Project, and worked as a freelance photographer, and also occasional tutor. After my work as a freelance photographer I was offered a part time job as a teacher of the Creative Media Arts at Chatham Grammar School for Boys teaching at A level. After my first year of teaching I realised how much more there was for me to learn in the creative arts, and so I decided to return to university and finish my degree.
