Introduction	I am a runner based in Markham, Ontario, Canada who used to love playing basketball in his younger years . In 2007, I was introduced to running, and since then have completed more than 30 road races,5ks, 10ks, 10 milers, half marathons, 30ks and one marathon. My goal is to finish a road race longer than a marathon. My finishing times in all my races are quite slow, hence my nickname "Bong Pagong" (Bong the Turtle).
