| Introduction | When I turned 30, I decided to start reviewing my life. I had a wild time in my 20s, and I was definitely a party girl. However, I was also very healthy and very fit. I ran 1-4 miles a day; I danced for 1-3 hours a day; my weekend activities included hiking, kayaking, and anything involving movement. In 2010 I severely injured my back and have gone downhill since then. At first, I was out for a 2-3 years dealing with back problems. In 2014 I got the doctor approval to resume running and exercising as I did prior to injury. Then in February 2015 I started having knee problems. It turns out that I have patella femoral ambulatory disorder. (My knee cap doesn't track properly on my femur). Since February I have been dealing with terrible knee pain and swollen knees. However, I would like to be fit and healthy again so despite my many injuries I have set out to accomplish that. This blog is in place to track my progress and help show the world that even with pain and adversity you can become healthy. |

What kind of tape is best for creating a sculpture?
The best tape for creating a sculpture is masking tape. I once made a paper mache dinosaur using masking tape as my base. I wonder if I can find a picture?
